This page is waiting on the County's review of how public-records and FOIA rules apply. The wording may change before the first pulse.
Privacy
How your responses are protected
Your responses are confidential, not anonymous.
While a pulse is open
Your response is linked to you so you can change it and so we don't count anyone twice. Admins can see whether you've responded, not what you said. No screen or export in this app shows one person's answers.
When the pulse closes
Your response is sealed. The link to your name is permanently removed, and so is the record of when you answered. Your personal link to that pulse stops working and is deleted. Only your group (County, Design, Builder, or Trade Partner) is kept with your answers.
The app still records that you responded, so the team can see how many people took part. It no longer records when, or which response was yours.
Response counts by organization are shared with the team. What you said never is.
What gets published
Results are shown only as totals, and only when at least 2 people are in the group being shown. Response counts (how many people took part, not what they said) are shown for groups of at least 2. Comments are read by the admins and summarized into themes. Your exact words are not published.
Please don't name individuals or include personnel matters in comments.
For County respondents
DRAFT: pending County review
Because the County is the owner, County results may be shown on their own once at least 2 County people respond. With fewer than 2, only the Core Group and admins see them, marked "Based on a small group". With 2 or more, the whole team sees them. Below 2, County answers count only in the overall results.
Partner check-in (milestone pulses)
DRAFT: pending County review
When the pulse closes, your partner ratings are split up so nothing shows which partners one person rated; a partner's results are kept only if at least 2 people rated it, and only the Core Group and admins see them.
Backups and hosting
Backups are kept on the server for 14 days. Encrypted offsite copies are deleted within 5 weeks. A backup taken before a pulse closes still contains the link to your name until that backup is deleted.
